A health coach can be a vital part of your health team as you navigate a new diagnosis & work through a treatment plan. In partnership with your health providers, we use exercise & lifestyle changes to manage chronic illness (Diabetes, COPD, Heart Disease, Arthritis, and Asthma) and mental health.
Hormonal Imbalance
Energy crashes during the day from a busy schedule or stress leads to a loss of confidence & prevents you from prioritizing things you want to do, like making a healthy meal or working out. We will build out strategies tackling sleep, boosting energy & nutritional diet so that you can support your hormonal processes in a healthy way.
Injury Management:
Get the support you need when you get injured is just as important as injury prevention. The Body Sync offers essential practices to focus on elongating muscles, improving joint mobility, and increasing overall range of motion. ​
