How does the 1:1 health coaching chat work on the app?Once you secure your specific membership, you'll have access to a 1:1 chat with Chloe, who is certified in health & wellness coaching. Together you will find a workout schedule each week that is realistic and personalized. Chloe will respond to any other health & wellness questions or request for advice, like: - managing & decreasing stress - feel more energized & confident during the day - get a better night sleep - getting to the root of your bloating & come up with proven strategies to help - injury modifications - understanding intuitive eating and what foods are right for you

What is The Body Sync's cancellation policy?We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. You can cancel your membership at any time. If you have a health coaching call scheduled, cancellations made less than 24 hours of the scheduled session will avoid a fee of $15. No-shows will be charged at this rate. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you can contact chloe@thebodysync.co directly via phone or email.

What if I have an injury or specialty needs?Once your doctor has cleared you for exercise, working with your health coach is helpful for preventing or managing many chronic conditions and injuries. Health coaching is a great addition to your wellness team, complementing doctor prescribed treatments by spending time implementing doctor recommendations, providing accountability and helping set realistic & achievable goals.
